Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your parcel, removing any old delivery labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
